Lusonic reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, and changes will take immediate effect.
We recommend all potential customers to read these terms and conditions in full, prior to making any purchases and that making such a purchase constitutes a full acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative and your card will not be debited until we have received a response from you, agreeing to any replacement.

All prices are in UK pounds and include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
Products offered are subject to availability, and should a product be unavailable Lusonic may offer an alternative product. No payment will be taken until confirmation is received that the alternative product is acceptable.
Should an order be received for a product that was incorrectly priced, Lusonic will contact you offering the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product/s in their original condition including its original packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Any returned product/s are the customers responsibility until receipted at Lusonic therefore please take necessary precautions when returning a product. To avoid any delay in processing your return, please include details of your order and reason for return.
The product/s must be returned in the condition they were received, including all packaging and accessories.
A full refund will be made upon receipt of the product/s, as long as it is in the condition as defined above.
Any refund will be made to the total product cost of your invoice excluding any delivery charge, and also excludes any postage or packaging costs incurred in returning the product/s.
Before returning any product our office must be contacted via phone or email to obtain an RTM number. Any return recieved without an RTN number will not be processed.

DELIVERIES - Delivery time quoted is based on orders received by 2pm, and only valid for UK Mainland orders. Any order received after 2pm may be shipped the same day but is likely to be shipped the following day, and all delivery timescale days are working days, therefore an order received Friday or Bank holiday will be shipped next working day. Deliveries will be made to any address in the UK, and will be delivered using either Royal Mail or Courier, and a signature will be required (unless package can be posted through letterbox). Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Courier Monday - Friday inclusive. Order placed by 1pm on Friday will be delivered Monday.
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all products,unless otherwise stated but on some occasions the manufacturer will offer a direct guarantee with the customer where you will be required to contact them direct should you experience a problem.

We also offer a 14 day moneyback guarantee. If you receive your product and decide you don't want it, you can return the item within 14 days from date of purchase. You will need to contact us first for a return number and then package the goods in the original packing prior to return. It will be your responsibility to ensure the item arrives with us safely, but no postage ciosts will be repaid.
If you wish to return a faulty product, firstly call the helpline as they may be able to fix the problem you have over the telephone, if they are unable to fix your problem, contact us by telephone or email requesting a return number with details of your order and fault. Once you have the return number, package the goods safely prior to return. It will be your responsibility to ensure the item arrives with us safely, but no postage costs will be repaid.
Faulty products returned within 12 months from date of purchase accompanied with a copy of invoice will be replaced free of charge. Postage for returned product will not be refunded.
Refund Policy - We offer full refund (exc.P & P) for any product returned within 14 days and in original packaging.
OUR RETURNS/REFUND POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Customers wishing to return an old product under the WEEE directive can send the item to our office at the address below, but this will be at your own cost.
8. Battery Recycling
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, we are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries in person to our business premises (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com
Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
