We also offer a 14 day moneyback guarantee. If you receive your product and decide you don't want it, you can return the item within 14 days from date of purchase. You will need to contact us first for a return number and then package the goods in the original packing prior to return. It will be your responsibility to ensure the item arrives with us safely, but no postage ciosts will be repaid.
If you wish to return a faulty product, firstly call the helpline as they may be able to fix the problem you have over the telephone, if they are unable to fix your problem, contact us by telephone or email requesting a return number with details of your order and fault. Once you have the return number, package the goods safely prior to return. It will be your responsibility to ensure the item arrives with us safely, but no postage ciosts will be repaid.
Faulty products returned within 12 months from date of purchase accompanied with a copy of invoice will be replaced free of charge. Postage for returned product will not be refunded.
Refund Policy - We offer full refund (exc.P & P) for any product returned within 14 days and in original packaging.
